There is a spacious kitchen with gas range, and a large living room with a fireplace and big screen TV. The bathroom has a full sized tub as well. Outside, you will find a nice porch and a screened in gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature, including the Green River across the street.

The rental term is negotiable, but at maximum, through June 30, 2026. There is a washing machine but no dryer hook up. No smokers. Pets considered.
