At Roots Property Management we are committed to doing our part to keep Vermont green.  We take old, tired structures that use huge amounts of fossil fuels and renovate them to be energy efficient rental properties that people love to live in.  We do this by assessing the old systems and structures to find the potential of any property.

Once we have a formulated plan, renovation and construction begins, always keeping green building practices in mind.  Where needed, we replace outdated systems with new energy efficient units, we insulate spaces using environmentally appropriate products, and construct apartments and living spaces using recycled and green material wherever possible.
